Russo's Texitally Cafe: One of the first high-end restaurants in Marble Falls, and location for one of the prettiest sunsets in Texas. The concept is a combo of the best Texas ingredients and Italian cooking, partly a response from the Italian-heritage of New Jersey-born John Russo, who felt that good Italian food was nearly impossible to come by in Texas. Steaks are the local favorite. |

Marble Falls–The hectic pace had finally slowed to a crawl as the Friday night full house diminished to the last three tables of diners.
Our waiter, an earnest young man who had scurried from table to table earlier but still have us his complete attention when discussing the food and taking our order, asked if we'd like to have the last half of our entrees boxed to take home. We said we would.
