Jairo Lopez was born in Colombia. He was ordained to the Roman Catholic priesthood in 1994 and currently serves as a parish priest at St. John's Catholic Church in Marble Falls.
He has a deep appreciation and love for art. He is an artist in the mediums of oil paint and mosaic art. Commissioned pieces are prominently displayed in St. John's Catholic Church in Marble Falls, St. Paul's Catholic Church in Horseshoe Bay, St. Joseph's Church in Bulverde, Main Street in Marble Falls and the Lady Bird Wildflower Center in Austin, Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetary in Georgetown and many private residences.
