Delicately seasoned and char-grilled. Finished with our sauce of the day, served with shrimp and ricotta raviolis with our signature garlic cream sauce.
Seared Pepper Crusted
Pepper crusted, pan seared and finished with our sesame ginger glaze. Accompanied by spaghetti with out shrimp and spinach garlic cream sauce.
Granite Basil Style
Simmered in our marvelous Texy Red Sauce with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, basil, kalamata olives and Fall Creek Granite Reserve Cabernet. Served on Fettucine pasta and sautéed spinach.
