Both have played a specific part in the development and success of the restaurant. Day to day, while John carefully supervises the operations, Diane focuses on guest services. Watch them in video.

The younger of John & Diane's two sons. Joseph mainly works with customers during the day, but he is also responsible for the restaurant's technology and the production of most of Russo's Restaurant marketing material.
